Subject: Agenda items for the September 8, 2004 - TrailBlazer/Texas Ambulance

 We are soliciting items for the agenda for the upcoming September  meeting. Any items, questions or issues you would like placed on the  agenda are welcome. Let myself or Gail know of any items you want on  the agenda by September 1, 2004.  As always we look forward to the meeting on September 8, 2004. This  is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the TrailBlazer Dallas office. If  possible we would like to know the number of attendees for refreshment count.
